Mike Clubb has been in the grading biz for over 25 years. He started as a heavy equipment operator, then, onto running his own crew as a grading foreman before moving on to start his own company. Clubb Grading was founded near the beginning of the 21st century, with all but a John Deer Skiploader leading the way to a bright future. Since then, we have gained a knowledgeable team, and all the necessary equipment to do the job right.

Christopher West
Estimator

Chris excels at providing a complete estimate for any job. He manages pre-construction activities to ensure that cost, schedule, and controls have been implemented prior to bid. He also schedules projects, updates website data, and manages the local area network. Aside from estimating, he is passionate about green technologies, and has been excited to see a product such as Grasscrete take off in the USA like it has in England.

Art Padilla
Foreman/Superintendent

Art Padilla pushes Clubb Grading's employees to be their best. His determination for perfection has been seen in all of our projects. Art has been with the company since 2001; hired on a grade checker, his superior qualities became apparent when he became Clubb's first foreman. To this date, his strive for excellence in a job well done has not diminished.

Noe has been on the forefront, learning the latest technologies for concrete design and structure. Our partnership with Bomanite Corp. has unlocked his potential to achieve the creativity he strives to accomplish.
